Basically, it's just hot chocolate with ice cream, so as you're drinking, you get a hot and cold mix and it's AMAZING!!!!

Hot Chocolate Floats
I'd never heard of a hot chocolate float until this past week, but after experimenting with them, I think I've found a new favorite!

If you like hot cocoa floats, you'd probably love an affogatto - which is a beautiful creation where one pours a single (or double) shot of espresso over a scoop of good ice cream. :)
