They say too many cooks spoil the broth… but these wonderful Yule log desserts were only made wonderful by a joint effort. I love baking with Mom and Miriam. Especially when it’s a new recipe and things don’t exactly go as planned! 

One was German chocolate, and the other was peppermint angel food Christmas cake. 

They were the perfect dessert for Christmas at Grandma’s! 

I’m so thankful for the times with my family! 

Grandma’s church collection has always been one of my favorite Christmas decoration collections! 

And the Yule logs were amazing!!!

Then, we had our church Christmas program, and I got to practice some choir directing! 

As well as playing “Mavis” in the Christmas Eve program! 

It was a great program as we shared the story of Jesus’s birth. 

So, Merry Christmas to you all! Thanks for another great year for Priscilla’s Books!

It’s a wrap!

 

We had a great Thanksgiving! First, with Grandma O., then with the Krahn side.

At the Krahn Thanksgiving I got to read the advance copy of my children’s book that will be coming out soon! 

Then, I attended a bridal shower for one of my best friends! The theme was head-over-heels and we decorated shoe cookies for dessert/competition. 

Then, it’s that time of year again, and according to my Spotify wrap… I’m 98 years old!!!! 😂😂
